Each session is tailored to individual needs, incorporating manual techniques and wood therapy, along with initial measurements and before-and-after photos to track progress.

TMJ treatments were curated to help individuals that deal with constant migraines, face and jaw pain often caused by teeth grinding and/or clenching. This treatment focuses on chest, neck & arms for myofascial release. Intraoral massage to help relief tension from grinding/clenching.

I truly believe that self care is medicine for the body. I do understand that self care can’t fit into everyone’s budget, which is why I want to make it inclusive. Everyone deserves body work.
